I hope everyone had a great weekend. I figured I would switch it up and do a review on my Fluval Edge. I’m running with the setup out of the box and the tank does pretty well. No major modifications, I’m not running CO2 so I stick with low lights plants. The setup is as follows:
Substrate – Ecocomplete mixed with some regular natural color gravel
Decor – Spider wood, malaysian driftwood, some granite
Plants – Anubias Nana, Java Fern, Wisteria, Christmas Moss
Fish – 7 Cherry Shrimp, 1 Amano Shrimp, 5 Celestial Pearl Danios, and 2 Endler Livebearers.
Have a great week!

I have the fluval chi tank, do you think the fluval pre filter you ha e could go on my tank? how does it work exactly?
I have the same tank and the light should be brighter do you have a problem with the filter mine is making like a grinding sound. your tank looks really good
This setup is strangely identical to mine… from the plants, lights, fish and even where you keep the magnet. Haha cool tank but definitely a pain, especially with live plants
beautiful tank
Any idea when the Fluval XV or Fluval 19 gal Edge Plant will be on the market? ( I know you have connections lol ) Here’s my Edge 6 setup https://youtu.be/3NhP_Mcs3lA
I wonder if this would make a good terrarium instead.
is there an issue with oxygen? no air stone needed?
Just about anything Fluval does, is classy.

Is the pump silent? Enough to sleep next to it?
